This rock is for Citrus limon (Rutaceae)- lemons.  Traditional Florida water is different from the standard Eau de Cologne because it emphasizes citrus scents more than its originator.  Lemons are the first of the citrus fruits for the week.

In the VLF, lemons mean "zest", and lemon blossoms mean "discretion". In other cultures they symbolize purification, pleasant thoughts, longevity, and fidelity.  Lemons and other citrus fruits were prominent in Baroque paintings and portraits from the 17th centuries.  They stood for different things depending on the subject, time period and culture, including the subject's social or moral status.

Lemons and lemon juice are commonly associated with full moon rituals because of their purifying powers, and lemons are sometimes used to honor lunar deities.  Lemon blossoms symbolize love, and lemon rinds can be baked into foods to show loving intentions.
